Deadline for submitting the poster abstracts
The deadline for submitting the abstracts (in English) is Monday 19 December 2011, 12.00. Send you abstract by e-mail to Thea Laan.

Abstracts: format and instructions
You find the template of the abstract in the attached document “Outline Abstract….”.
Please do not change the layout of the title, the authors and affiliations.
The presenting author should be underlined.
Please include in your abstract the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Please do not change the font or font size of the body text.
Figure(s) and Tables are optional and should be included in the text without changing the margins.
Maximum size of the abstract is one page A4, 250 words.
Abstracts will be included in the Abstract Book exactly as submitted.
Please note that color figures will be reduced to grayscale. Therefore, authors are advised to grayscale figures.
Abstracts that substantially deviate from these instructions cannot be accepted.
Abstract submission deadline is December 19th, 2010, 12.00. The abstracts should be submitted by the institutes. So, for the Neuroscience Campus Amsterdam, send your abstract by e-mail: Thea Laan.
The maximum number of presented posters is 200. If this amount will be exceeded, the VCW will make a selection of studies to be presented.
Abstracts concerning studies of which the results are not yet known, will be excluded from participation.
To finish the abstract, save it as a word- (not pdf-) document.
Beware:
Please do not change the style of this document. Just replace the passages by your own text and remove the instructions.
Please check the writing of the name of your research institute to be correct.

Poster
You find the instructions in the attached document “Invitation and poster instruction”.
When you use the poster format of the Neuroscience Campus Amsterdam (part of) the printing costs will be reimbursed by the Neuroscience Campus Amsterdam. More information about the exact amount and the procedure will be available when your poster has been selected for presentation on the VUmc Science Exchange Day 2012.
The poster format is currently being updated. When available it will be sent to those who have submitted an abstract.
