A 4-year position for a PhD-student is available to study the neuronal code in association cortex. This project is funded by the ENC-network program and involves in vivo electrophysiology (in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) and in vivo 2-photon imaging (in Zurich, Switzerland). Applicants should have a strong interest in neuroscience and prior experience with electrophysiology or imaging is preferred.
